The Group for Promotion of Diversity has been established for the

purpose of bringing diversity awareness into employment and recruiting

practices inside and outside the company.

Within the company
1) Creating a climate where gender is not an issue.
2) Creating a climate where nationality is not an issue.

Outside the company:
1) Publish the findings of the group's activities.
2) Provide consultation to external groups as necessary.

Results from the group's research will be announced in 2010.
